Custom data collection is now generally available

Custom data collection is now generally available. This feature enables organizations to expand and customize telemetry collection beyond default configurations with rule-based filtering for specific events from endpoint devices. The maximum event limit per rule has been updated from 25,000 to 75,000 events per device within a 24-hour rolling window.
