Microsoft Viva: Expanded agent coverage in Agent Dashboard

Customers can now view reporting for agents from third-party platforms in the Agent 365 Dashboard in Microsoft Viva Insights (Copilot Analytics). This expanded coverage provides a more comprehensive view of agent activity across their organization.
