Support Assistant access expanded to all authenticated users
All authenticated users can now access Support Assistant in the Intune admin center to find solutions and troubleshooting guidance. Creating and managing support tickets still requires a Microsoft Entra role that includes the microsoft.office365.supportTickets permission.
